I just wanted to go on the record and express my sincere thanks for the outstanding service I received from your company recently. I came home after a weekend away to discover I had a leaking boiler and to find my entire hallway was under water. 

The next day a nice chap was at my flat measuring up and by the end of that same week I had a new floor expertly laid and competitively priced. Dear Hamid, The gentlemen I work with were very relieved when you popped in to sort out one of their toilets in the lower restroom last Friday (May 24th)! The unit looked like it had been shot at, with a gaping hole at the base of the toilet where it fixes to the noor. We got more than we bargained for when a rather bonny customer asked to use the facilities! But never fear, Hamid is here. You attended, checked it out and replaced with new. This is of course not the only toilet on the plot, but on a primarily male dominated site could have caused a few red faces, particularly after tea break!

This is not the first time I have used John Goodman and it certainly won't be the last. He has done work in my house and garden walls, carried out interior and exterior work for my daughter and her husband, my late sister's house and most recently has carried out a repair and paint of a sash window, front door and walls at my grandson's maisonette in St Albans.

John is friendly and reliable and cracks on with the job. The work was carried out to a very high standard in a short space of time, credit to how hard he works.

Dear Jon, I wanted to say thank you for providing me with a new phone in such a short timeframe. I called Jon on Saturday Afternoon as my partner's phone hadn't been working for a few weeks. It was really stressing me out, so I called Jon to see if he had anything available. Within a few hours Jon called back saying the phone is ready in the colour I requested. Just like an attentive Valentine's date, Jon swiftly made sure all my concerns had been resolved.

I finally made the move of migrating my phone system to Cloud Network Services (CNSL), something I should have done much sooner.

CNS came up with a system that improved our current VoIP setup with far more enhanced technology to help us handle our call better. The surprise bonus was the £50 a month saving as a result of the move.

The communication from the team was excellent and they stuck to the timelines we had allocated including liaising with our current provider to ensure everything went smoothly ensuring we did not miss a single call.

Dear Dawn, Just a few words to say thank you to you and your team at BHG for fixing our 20 year old Honda. ​ It had a couple of faults, one with the alarming fuel consumption and a mystery wear pattern on the tyres. ​
As a Honda authorised garage, you have managed to get our car running again back to the efficiency we enjoyed when we first bought it. ​ As for the tyres, it seems that the local potholes had taken their toll and the before and after print out of the wheel alignment were very impressive! ​
